Our professional service providers are paid only if you show for your appointment.
Out of courtesy to them we require…

24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment time, 1⁄2 of the cost of the service that was scheduled will be charged to you, and an approved credit card will be required to schedule future appointments.

The 2nd time a 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE is not given you will be charged  “in-full”.

In the event of a “no-show” at any time, the appointment will be charged “in-full” and an approved credit card will be required to schedule future appointments.

In order to maintain the tranquil atmosphere that we feel is so vital to the service we provide you, we request that all cell phones be turned off when you enter the spa. In addition, in consideration of other spa clients we ask that you do not bring children along when enjoying your spa services.
